A Message From Principal
Michael Helenbolt

Laramie County School District #1 has demonstrated an amazing commitment to students by supporting alternative education at Triumph High School for over 30 years.  Originally consisting of two programs in two buildings we are grateful to now be in a beautiful new building located in southern Cheyenne on West College Drive.    Our staff and students are what make Triumph an amazing place to be.  Triumph features hands / minds on learning, smaller classes, one on one instruction, career and technical certification programs, secure closed campus, personal advisement, child development services, extended learning hours, learning villages, problem and theme based curriuculums, as well as a plethora of other options that are in place or in development.  In order for students to maximize opportunities at Triumph and in life we now provide training in the Discovery Program which builds and supports student social skills, problem solving abilities and responsibilities.  New students must pass this 9 week credited class in order to become members of the Triumph family.   Our vision is to become the premier alternative high school in Wyoming and Rocky Mountain region by being a community of learners for learners.

I am very pleased to be a supportive member of the Cheyenne community and Laramie County School District #1 and for the opportunity to work with so many talented and caring staff, students and families.
